When you buy the book, you will be downloading a file to your computer. The file is a "stuffed", or compressed, pdf file. It should end in .pdf.sitx. You should be able to just double click on the downloaded file, and it will automatically unstuff itself, so it ends in just .pdf.

If that doesn't work, you need the free Stuffit Expander program that you can download for your computer at http://www.stuffit.com/win/index.html Be sure to download the version for your computer and operating system.

Then, double click on the "BWtechbook.pdf" file, and it will open in your pdf reader.
